Been this way for years now. Many Asians are notoriously good test takers, as a result of rigorous compulsive prepping. You want to compete, you need to pay to play. Become an expert test taking machine.[/quote]

But the test scores seem to still be the determining factor most times. The Asians have higher test scores for whatever reason. My guess is they prep more. They will continue to compulsively prep and this will remain, until everyone else gets the memo and decides to follow suit.[/quote]
