DD also had this. [/quote] DD had this as a 2 year old. She had an ear infection and took amoxicillin. About a week later had a horrible rash (she seriously looked like a baby in a medical textbook). We went to the ped who initially diagnosed her with hand foot and mouth for the rash and thought nothing more of it. A few days later she stopped walking, but being so young couldn't articulate that it was her joints that hurt. We took her to urgent care and they explained it was basically short term acute arthritis. Thankfully went away on its own but was VERY scary for a few hours when we had no idea what was happening[/quote]
