[/quote] And yet, despite your contention that they are still thriving, Chick-Fil-A received enough negative publicity that they ended up withdrawing their charitable donations to two Christian charities known for opposing same sex marriage, the point of the boycott. CFA stopped their multi-year charitable donations to The Salvation Army and Fellowship of Christian Athletes, effective 2018. The CFA spokesperson said that the foundation would turn its focus to giving on "education, homelessness and hunger." So, although they did not acknowledge the boycott, it seems that the boycott had enough impact on the company to change their long-time charitable partnerships with two very anti-LGBTQ+ organizations.
