If you look at the top of Trump’s feet, they slope upward similar to a woman wearing heels. That’s partly because he is obese but is too steep for that to be the only reason. He is vain enough to wear lifts and lifts would cause him to pitch forward when standing and make it difficult to walk down ramps. [/quote]
