OP here.  If she's clearly so much more impressive, why all the Todd signs on lawns all over my Ward 4 neighborhood?  I don't know if these are all die-hard Todd supporters, or if he just campaigns hard here and (mostly elderly or longtime) residents allow him to place signs on their lawns.  [/quote]

He does seem to have more support among longtime residents and George gets more backing from more recent arrivals -- both get to vote just the same, so it will be interesting to see how it shakes out.[/quote]
