Agree 100%.  I mean, this is THE time where our government should be leading and protecting our welfare, and instead, their response has been slow, bumbling, chaotic, and sowing more discord among the local governments instead of being unified.

We were supposed to be delaying for enough testing. They messed that up- after telling us that anyone who wants one can get one. We were supposed to be waiting for enough PPE and medical equipment for our healthcare workers. My husband is an essential healthcare worker who goes into covid units daily and they still do not have enough PPE.  And now we’re supposed to be waiting for a vaccine or an antiviral treatment? And I’m supposed to trust the government who is just anxious to re-open the economy and will approve and push anything out to get to that goal? After they have been pushing other dangerous treatments like the anti-malaria drug, and [b]even pushing the idea of injecting disinfectants and using UV light on our bodies???[/b]  I’m supposed to trust a government approved vaccine after all this?? And I am completely pro-vaccine but I will VERY VERY wary of anything the federal government is pushing out to the public.  Vaccines normally take at least 2 years to prove safety and efficacy. I would be wary of anything pushed out in an accelerated timeline by our government.

Exactly. The person in charge of EVERYTHING is an evil dumbass and we’re all supposed to be ok with it. And there are morons who believed him, hence the reported cases of poisoning from injecting cleaners.

I would be about 100 times better with this situation if we had a grown-up in charge. One who wasn’t enabled by Fox News and Mitch McConnell.[/quote]
