Where we live, we find plastic bags of dog poo discarded by curbs, or just left in the street for cars to run over and dirty the road and your shoes if your walking. This is baffling and we want to find this person. Why in heck do they bother to clean up after their dog only to leave it in front of homes? I’d rather they didn’t clean up. Bizarre and rude.
Yes, a couple of times we found bags of poop on the sidewalk outside our property. I don't understand either. I honestly never had an issue with dogs and owners until now. It's those few that make most of the dog owners look bad. I know that many owners do respect and follow the etiquette. Occasionally if I see a dog pee on the lawn, I look the other way. Sometimes they just have to go. But when I purposely see you let your dog on the lawn to piss on the plants and other things on my property, I will not be nice about it.
