APS could instead invest in shuttles. Arl Co could instead invest in ART schedules and routes that accommodate the back-and-forthing. Students could learn to wait 15 to 30 minutes for a ride home after practice or club meeting, rather than having to immediately hop into a car and drive home.[/quote]
