Their track record does not suggest they will use these tools in Progressive ways. I’d support them if I believed they would. But, we have a neighborhood school with 80% of current students eligible for free or reduced lunch, and they still propose building more CAFs in that exact school zone. And almost all South Arlington schools are Title 1, yet they talk about the Columbia Pike corridor as a place for future CAF development. Meanwhile, look at the schools closest to EFC Metro. What CAFs have ever been proposed there? None. [/quote]
