[/quote] So start helping her develop her abilities. By the end of high school, genius is as genius does. Even if you get her IQ tested, and she's at a 160, it doesn't mean anything if she doesn't develop those abilities. The guitar thing is great. Encourage her to continue. Sign her up for AMC10 or some other math contest. Take the SAT. Perhaps she could take some college classes during the summer. She will either rise to the occasion and look more like a very highly gifted child, or she won't. At the end of the day, though, people care about her accomplishments - not her NNAT score. [/quote]
