They are both heavily based on the teachings of the bible.  Quakerism was founded by George Fox and his wife Margaret Fell.  Their teachings
are strong throughout the Society of Friends.  The Catholics have their own traditions.  In both Quaker and Catholic  you will get a heavy
dose of the bible and christian teachings.[/quote]
