I think you're either purposely or naively underestimating the various shifts happening in this country . Huffmann will always known be as the woman who went to jail for attempting to bribe her kid' s way to college . TV is overwhelmingly  consumed by the very people whom federal prosecutors argued her actions were prejudicial to. If an instant poll was conducted shortly after the verdict you would've been shocked at the results because as I said the reactions ranged from 'thats what she gets ' to ' she should spent more time in jail' . Who exactly do you think these people are ? The Greenwich ,Connecticut crowd ? The white shoe law firm lawyer who watches little or no TV at all?  No! These reactions came from the working/middle class people who are increasingly convinced America is rigged. Felicity Huffman is the face of a rigged system[/quote]
