So I guess all the national statistics from states showing asians scoring higher on average on regular nclb standardized state tests throughout k-12 than the other racial categories means all those millions of students must be cheating on tests.  It's a national scandal!  Let's write it up in the newspapers and get some corrective action!  How about a higher cut-off for all those undeserving asian students compared to the other races - that's pretty much what the competitive colleges have now anyway.  [/quote]
