Most of my friends had C sections and the relatives I have that had vaginal deliveries took longer to recover, could not use the bathroom without extreme pain for weeks, got 20-30 stitches, etc.

One of the actually supportive PPs here - I had no difference in when my milk came in with a vaginal delivery and a scheduled CS, and did not have to supplement with formula.  [/quote]
