Can anyone confirm if the poster acted within the condo policy?
No one seems to have the condo's bylaws. Not the caller, not the owners/hosts, no one.
The realtors who are selling some units most likely have copies?
Someone’s got to have copies but maybe they are afraid to get involved. At my current pool we have a limit of five guests per family unless it is a party, which needs to be set up ahead of time so that they could have proper lifeguard staffing. My previous pool had a limit of two guests unless it was a party and once again it had to be set up ahead of time so that they could have extra lifeguards present ( if it was over a certain amount of people ). Regardless, I don’t understand why the police were involved with interpreting the H away bylaws but maybe they were just trying to work things out civilly and things just dragged on. Personally, I’m reserving judgment until all the facts come out. I feel bad for both parties.
