Once you change your mindset that working out is a luxury, that it’s optional, or that you are somehow being selfish (or as other posters hint- neglectful parents, lousy housekeepers, and bad workers), you’d be amazed but you will find the time. I know that better health is associated with better economic means, but I doubt the posters on DCUM complaining they simply don’t have the time are any worse off economically than the posters on DCUM saying, yeah my life is jam packed but I still workout.
