That's not true. If it was, she wouldn't have attended any of her other children's or grandchildren's Christenings which she has.

It was important to me that my grandmother came to my son's Christening, so I checked with her before I scheduled.  I realize that the Queen probably has a busier schedule than my Grandma, but on the other hand, I had to take into account when the church was available, while I'm sure people were willing to flex for Megan and Harry!

I think she just doesn’t want to go to these boring christenings anymore and “prior engagement” is the excuse she gives. She also missed Louis’ christening so it probably isn’t just because Megan and Harry didn’t care. [/quote]
