Thank you for the links. What I gleaned from them is that Latin America is basically a rapist culture. So again, why do we let males come? Makes that are used to taking  a woman by force with no punishment? Yes there will always be American rapists but our country has laws. It doesn’t breed rapists like Latin America does (I will cite the links you provided above for my proof on that.) [/quote]
