Using what measurements? Scores? Howard is resolutely suburban. It is not for everyone but for those looking for a traditional suburban environment it is a great county. But people who like Bethesda or Chevy Chase, or Roland Park or Towson in Baltimore probably wouldn't care for Howard. [/quote]
