- Even non-literalist Christians would admit that fundamentalist Christians are still a significant force in society and speaking out against prejudice and erosion of personal liberties is important.

I don't have any problem with them unless they come to my door Saturday morning giving out those magazines, or try to take over the local school board and try to get creationism taught in the schools.  But those are extreme examples.  Mostly they don't do any harm.[/quote]
