Perhaps the girl and the girl's parents have a problem with any kiss that was planted on the child.  A pretty creepy way of trying to calm and high school student.  Not sanctioned by teacher training and the employee code of conduct even if it was on her forehead. I would want my child to never again be in contact with this teacher.[/quote]

I would be fine with that. Maybe there won’t be a letter until Central Office figures out what they can do with him without triggering a lawsuit.
