Trump says things that sound controversial, but I have not  heard him say curse words at the rallies, debates, or the State of the Union and other speaking events. He might use some words in private, but aside from a secret recording that said the word “p...y”, he was not dropping f bombs or saying b words like modern rappers do. By the way, in California it is now illegal to record someone without consent.

Trump is the president because his policies to create jobs and control of illegal immigration were not presented by other republican candidates. Some people like Trump’s personality, others held their noses and voted anti-Clinton.

OP here. It’s a sort of informal discussion, just like in real life. It makes me cringe, but I think people have the right to free speech. I would not hire an employee who curses during a job interview.

Very successful people can afford to curse in public. Chamath Palihapitiya comes to mind. But he will not ever need a job. Most people do, and most kids would have to learn to speak with manners and civility to get ahead in their careers.[/quote]
DP.. I agree, and some of the stuff Trump says at rallies is cringe worthy, and I wouldn't want my children to  hear it.

I don't think most people would curse during a job interview.  People curse when they feel comfortable in a setting, or they feel they can say whatever they want with impunity (ie, I could shoot someone on 5th ave and not lose support).
