And that all of the other middle school principals and registrars who have to sign the transfer forms and the staff at central office who also get a copy never question why these random kids are transferring. (As opposed to other kids who are on the central wait list that the registrars can all see, or who are being pupil placed and are already receiving special ed services and are being moved with supports.)
