Einstein is currently overcrowded like WJ. Woodward will provide the necessary relief for both schools who are near one another. Financially it's a shrewd move especially if their kids are a few years away from HS and they bought in an area likely to be zoned for Woodward a few years from now. [/quote]

But nobody really knows what areas are likely to be zoned for Woodward a few years from now.  The areas that are geographically closest to Woodward are also really really close to Einstein.  For all we know it will be Wheaton HS neighborhoods that border WJ that will be redistricted into Woodward.  Or they'll do some weird choice thing.  I think there are lots of good reasons to buy in the Einstein district, and it's certainly possible some of those areas will be redistricted to Woodward, but I really don't think at this point you could say a particular house/neighborhood is "likely" to be zoned for Woodward a few years from now.

Wheaton neighborhoods may but Einstein is just as overcrowded as WJ. Projections show around 800 students over the capacity by 2022 and Woodward seems like the only possible solution.[/quote]

Right, but the point is there's no way of knowing yet which specific neighborhoods within these clusters will be rezoned to Woodward.[/quote]
