They alluded to maybe having a flashback episode wherein we see what happened over the preceding six years and why Michonne and Carol are so awkward around each other. Before I saw that, I assumed it was still just residual resentment over Rick not killing Negan, etc. But apparently something else has gone down that the viewers haven't been shown yet.[/quote]
