[/quote] NP, but my understanding of the CA outcomes is that the vast majority of the improvement in CA maternal mortality outcomes due to is implementing statewide standard and required procedures in reaction to postpartum hemorrhage incidents, not lowering interventions. And I say that as a midwifery patient who is hoping to avoid interventions.[/quote]
