[/quote] I was thankful that VA and not MD has to foot that bill. All these tax subsidies for billionaires make me sick. It's kind of a pyrrhic victory for VA. Decades of neglect of their infrastructure investment have left NVA in terrible shape. DC traffic is now preferable to places like Tysons that just can't support the development that exists there. They need to heavily invest in infrastructure, but VA has always been about low regulation and taxes which is probably why businesses go there. Only problem is low regulation and lack of tax revenue gives them few options to address the problems they are currently experiencing. [/quote]
