If your idea is that it's a good idea to talk your small children out biking IN A CITY and just assume that they'll always be seen and drivers will always be cautious ... and that you can ignore safe biking rules that experienced ADULT cyclers live by ... then I don't know what to tell you except STAY OFF THE ROAD WITH YOUR KID.
