From certain body parts, she does not look to have an eating disorder.  I have had friends with eating disorders, and there are common characteristics, but Barbara does not seem to have those. Some people are just skinny - for reasons of heredity, or other reasons.  She may not always be this way.  I have know naturally skinny women to no longer be as naturally skinny at about age 50 or so - it usually has to to with hormones.

Let her enjoy her day.

She has always been thin and willowy.  That isn't new and she has the type of body that almost everything looks good on.  But she looks like she dropped maybe 10 pounds from her normal weight and that was too much.  Her face looks gaunter than it should and her body looks bonier than it should.

That dress only highlighted just how thin she has become.  If the top of her dress had been cut just a couple of inches higher it would have looked better.  I actually like the Bush family and I have always liked Barbara and Jenna.  The top of her dress just did not fit right.[/quote]
