It's my money so I don't really understand why you care. No one is forcing any one to play for Madlax. Given the average income of most people with kids playing club lacrosse I this area the money wasn't a big deal.. We enjoyed to program we never had an issue with any of the coaches.
Obviously it is your money, and your decision. If you and your kid(s) are happy playing for Madlax, excellent. This forum is about sharing opinions, and for parents new to the sport provide some transparency around the game, club teams, etc. Madlax is in the conversation cause they're an option in this area, and have fielded some very strong teams (i.e. 2019s). But if you're a new parent wondering about your son's play time, just peek at the rosters they posted: https://capital.madlax.com/18rosters. I glanced at the 2024 team roster and it looks like they have over 30 kids! 30! How many runs is your kid going to get with that many kids to cycle through on the sideline -- if they cycle at all. Good luck.
Those rosters aren't accurate. There are several kids from just one of the teams that I am familiar with who have moved on to other clubs. Not sure why they are still listed on Madlax rosters.
