Langley is one of the most Republican high school district in the county along with Robinson.  Its current boundaries were largely set by Republican Stu Mendelsohn when he was on the SB, and his predecessors.

I live on the other side of Dolley Madison, on the Mclean side and I am so glad to see traffic congestion on the Langley side, especially Old Georgetown Pike.  Everyday when I drive home to Mclean from Gatherburg, MD and I see mile and mile of car on Old Georgetown Pike heading toward MD, it really makes my day  :D .  Langley people get a taste of their own medicine.[/quote]

Can’t follow this. Old Georgetown Road is in Maryland.  Do you travel on Georgetown Pike coming back from Gaithersburg?  Isn’t that the stretch that is supposed to be so congested?[/quote]
