I read once that the decision is taught in law school as bad law; there is no such constitutional right.[/quote] Having been to law school, Roe is not taught as "bad law." And Roe isn't the operative case, anyway. It's symbolic, but the more recent case is Casey v. Planned Parenthood. And they don't have to overturn it. They can just keep upholding more and more restrictions until it's functionally banned. [/quote]
