Go up and look at the SCHEV data. Have you spent any time at the other Virginia universities? They all have foreign and OOS students. All the women on my DD's floor at GMU were OOS or international. OOS and internationals are highly desired because they bring diversity to the institution. Every Virginia school lists the no. of OOS and international students it admits. In fact, the bulk of the engineering (something like 78%???) at Virginia Tech are OOS or international - to the point where Virginians have made a stink because it has become so difficult to get into Va Tech's engineering program to begin with (need a 4.0++, etc.).[/quote]
