They pay for use of facilities. MCPS pays the salary of a Private School employee in the case of Saturday aschool. There is a difference. [/quote] Contracted services are awarded by the Board of Education as part of the budget process. Bids are received and competitive bids win awards. What other tutoring services have bid to have a full time MCPS administrator run their program? [/quote]
