So I will admit, I didn't watch last season but it seems like they would hang out and do activities together as well as hook up (what anyone normal would call dating). We are not talking about last Fall. He clearly told her in the beginning of the summer they were just friends and he wanted nothing more. She said she was good with that and when he started talking to other girls, her reaction is crazy. She pushed a cake in his face when he was talking to a girl at the July 4th party.[/quote]

Oh, I'm talking about the episode where Carl, Lauren and Kyle are in the car and Lauren is saying the reason Danielle doesn't like her is because they both dated (past tense) Carl and now there is tension. See, I know I sound like an old fart when I say this, but this is why you don't sleep with people outside of a relationship, especially when they're part of your social circle.  It's normal to get attached to someone when you have a physical relationship.  And frankly, it does seem like Carl and Lauren were spending time together, as well as sleeping together.  That's daring, whether Carl wants the responsibility of the label or not.  Man-child.  Ugh.  [/quote]
