The irresponsible parents are the ones who live in the non-"W" school zones, from which the OP wants to split. Though it's true that there are plenty of affluent parents who live elsewhere in the county. So ok, PP is comparing parents who don't live in Bethesda and Potomac to drunk boat captains.[/quote]
