You're putting too much pressure on your spouse to be EVERYTHIBG for you, and she's falling short...of course she is, she's only one person, and she's also taking care of 3 kids. You need to work on getting out more - pick a new (social!) hobby and get involved. Commit and give it 6 months, then see how you feel. Seriously do it, ill help you brainstorm.
