[/quote] I do 5:2 as well and just eat one meal on my 2 fast days, directly after my workout (lunchtime). That seems to be the key to sticking to 500 calories. I think 4:3 is reasonable but I would not go farther than that! I went from 162 on Jan 10 to 151 today (Feb 9). So gratifying to watch the baby weight drop off now that I’ve weaned my last kid! I’m sure that’s probably the biggest factor in the weight drop...stupid hormones. [/quote]
