Are you asking who is going to make him?  The federal court enforcing the grand jury supoena would hold him in contempt. So— the US Marshals. Different branch of government from Trump. LEOs in no way, shape or form under his jurisdiction.   You know checks and balances. [/quote]

The US Marshals are part of the Department of Justice, which is the same branch of government as Trump and very much under his jurisdiction, although he is not supposed to politicize it.[/quote]
