I'm guessing that Miguel and Rebecca didn't marry very close to when Jack died. I think it was several years later for a couple of reasons. One, we don't see Rebecca having any relationship with Miguel's kids, one of whom is only about a year or so older than the Big Three. Second, I think the weird faces and comments Kevin makes about Miguel would not still be a thing if this were going on 20 years of togetherness. Remember at Thanksgiving, when Kevin cringed asking about them and Randall said something like "He's our stepfather, not ISIS?" I have a ot-there theory that Rebecca and Miguel reconnected at Randall and Beth's wedding and married after them. [/quote]
And at some point, Miguel will have to divorce his wife.

I think it would be easier for the kids (Kevin) to accept if they did marry after reconnecting at Randall and Beth's wedding. They would have more trouble with it if they married very soon after Jack's death.
