Introversion and reserve/shyness are personal characteristics with good and bad facets like any other characteristic, and I don't see them as things I have to address in the name of self-improvement. I'm not interested in anyone who sees them as problems to be solved, although I do tend to warn people up front that I can be slow to warm up. Perhaps more than social skills, empathy is VERY important to me. [/quote]
