I bet all the racist "free speech" PPs would sing a different tune if the guy was, say, wearing a shirt offensive to women. How about with a print showing man dragging a woman by her hair, with the caption "Bitches are for beating and raping"? Y'all would lose it. I mean, people lose their sh!t when they see a woman breastfeeding in public, but swastikas at a children's park are OK? SMDH
PP, when you wander all over with your generalizations and faux comparisons you completely negate it all. FYI, I tolerate racists, misogynistic media called rap that doesn't seem to be a problem for millions of Americans. And I see NO difference between a racist swastika tattooed skinhead and the person putting out that trash rap. None.
Easy guess that you're white. And you tolerate racist, mysoginistic rap at the Waterpark when you're there with your kids? Ha ha!
Even though it's irrelevant, but apparently not to you, I grew up in an area that for some years I was subjected to racism. Epithets, shunning and even physical assault that only stopped after we moved away. As for your last example, hell no I wouldn't. Why? I can look away from the tattooed man but the music would be an assault that can't be ignored. And while I believe in free speech I wouldn't tolerate that man verbally spewing hatred in a place such as the WP. So, I tolerate the right of others to engage in activities etc. that I find repugnant but cannot infringe upon my freedom.
So you're a hypocrite. "I tolerate racists, misogynistic media called rap that doesn't seem to be a problem for millions of Americans. And I see NO difference between a racist swastika tattooed skinhead and the person putting out that trash rap. None.l
How ignorant can you be? Apparently a lot. Tolerance means that you accept their right to listen or believe, it does not give them a right to inflict it on you against your will. If they opened a racist waterpark I wouldn't go. If they had waterpark that played obscene misogynistic music I wouldn't go. I don't buy it nor am I forced to. If that racist asshole with the tattoo's assaulted me verbally in a public venue it is infringing on my rights. If they want to get a permit and stand on a corner or march in their hoods, they have a right. But they can't decide to gather in my home or even in my backyard. That is a violation of my rights. Our freedoms are unlimited as they have boundaries. The tattooed man is offensive to me, but he is not infringing on my rights nor am I going to intolerantly try to force him to the corner for his beliefs. Too many people in this country trying to control others.
Aren't unlimited....
