No, the argument is not whether Banneker is "the best." It is whether it is a good school with "prepared" students and an advanced curriculum. Which it is. But white people don't consider it an option because it is too black -- instead they will send their kids to charters with worse or equivalent scores like Basis and Latin. [/quote]
