The county board (well, the developers actually) have already rigged the system along the pike to keep it cheap. That is the whole point of the Pike to the county - a place for poorer people to live.

Free market does not rule the day along the Pike. The county has seen to that. They have imposed all kinds of requirements to keep the pike from gentrifying.[/quote]
