OP - I'm on Capitol Hill, had the same issue, and had to sue the DCPS. The only person who cared was the judge. If you can't trust the principal, get out of there. We're in a blue ribbon parochial and loving it. Our DD is progressing amazingly, now out of DCPS. Bullying isn't tolerated. [/quote]
