I personally know of at least one sibling who used this route, and I suspect there are a few others.  I don't know if these admissions would take place during the lottery or on an individual basis, but I think it's the latter.

Everyone in MS is a "bully target".   There's sucker punching and jumping kids from behind going on outside of a particular MS---unknown victim to perps/random.  Just a bunch of thugs.  Does this mean we can all get transfers?  Or do we need the fictions dr's report about "learning environment".  Newsflash: every kid does better with smaller #s.[/quote]
