I met him when he was working on a case as a young AUSA. He appeared before a very tough judge who seemed to be giving him an especially hard time. I didn't spend extended time with him like the above PP spent with his family, but I was impressed. He handled himself very well and was pleasant to all involved. You could tell he was going places (on his own merit). Very sad loss that he died so young. [/quote]
