I feel for you, that must be really hard. BUT. This makes me really angry for those children too. If these children are on edge it's because of bad decisions that the parents made and continue to make. No kid deserves to live in fear because the parents are telling them about things that only adults should have to worry about. How irresponsible can you be to break the law by living in a country illegally and then give birth to children while you are living illegally in that country. These are BAD choices made by the parents and then they create burdens for the children they brought into the world. Terrible. This is a big problem, but the blame belongs on the people who made the CHOICE to break the law. My family members and friends are immigrants too, but they respect the laws of this country and came here legally. [/quote]

They can easily rectify those fears by returning to their home country with their children.

Yes. Given the places some of these parents are being shipped back to, I know they will abandon them.  How do I know this?  Because there is a huge rush of them signing the powers of attorney so they can hand their kids over to someone else if they are deported.  The kids are American citizens, and this might give the kids a better chance to reach age 18 alive.

And I do think that it is a huge problem.  One that people are not thinking through. Like so much lately. "The ESOL kids can GTFO". Well no.  They can't. They are American citizens, and cannot be deported. Because the Constitution.  And mom and dad love them enough not to drag them back to an incredibly dangerous hellhole. So they will still be here, and still be a drain on the schools if you kick their parents out.  They just won't have parents. So they will become a drain on the foster care system too. And a worse drain on the schools, because of the behavior problems and trauma.  But hey, you stuck it to mom and dad, AND the libtards. So You've MAGA.

And at the point you are doing this to kids, you either:

1.  Don't live here and are that friggin clueless. Or
2.  An animal.

You choose. And if you do live here, please, please GTFO!  Now.
