Are you not familiar with the argument that ensues every morning over outerwear in many homes? This is not something I fight my kids over. You don't want to wear a coat? Fine, we'll bring it with us and you can put it on later if you get cold. Kids move a lot, generating more body heat than my old sedentary self.
