Oh yes, among the lowest student test scores K-12 of all states, high rates of crime to the point where they stopped reporting it, a heavy homeless population and a helluva budget deficit.

Newsom and the California State Legislature (democrat controlled since 1970 *) has been awesome... in destruction.
